Natura Cigars: Third Harvest

Challenging conventional boundaries to innovate tradition, Natura Cigars presented the third installment of something that once seemed impossible: Altura, a line crafted with tobacco harvested in the cold mountains of Constanza, Dominican Republic, at 1,350 meters above sea level.

According to the brand’s CEO, Jacob Yfrach, the Third Harvest is the fruit of a constant struggle against the climate by managing conditions inside greenhouses –processes that today yield cold-adapted leaves with proprietary genetics and enhanced flavor, sweetness, and complexity.

Additionally, this new cigar is manufactured in a Lancero size (7.5 inches, 38 ring gauge) and is presented in 10-count boxes as a super-limited edition. “It is a cigar to be enjoyed, it leaves a great flavor and a clean palate. It really is the heaven of all Alturas.”

With this new variety under development, Jacob Yfrach plans to go even further, continuing his work to secure the opportunity to introduce at least three other distinct varieties within a year.
