La Aurora’s master blender, Manuel Inoa, will unveil the 120th Anniversary line in San Juan, Puerto Rico, during the soft opening of Márquez Cigars—one of the largest cigar lounges in the country, boasting 24,000 square feet of space and a walk-in humidor initially featuring 16 premium cigar brands.
Owners Vivian Márquez and Luis Torres describe the lounge as the beginning of a new destination for cigar culture on the Island of Enchantment. With a vision to become a hub for aficionados, they plan to host a range of events and experiences aimed at revitalizing and innovating the cigar scene. Their mission: to contribute to the renaissance of Puerto Rico’s tobacco industry and culture.
Luis is a passionate entrepreneur, while Vivian brings strong, visionary leadership to the table. Together, they lead a family that has thrived across various ventures, always carrying their passions with them. From championship-winning gamecocks to premium tobacco, their journey into the cigar world began with growing and trading cured leaf—and has now come full circle with the launch of their own brand and flagship lounge.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, June 28, at 6:00 p.m. at Avenida Simón Madera, Villa Pradas–Industrial Park, San Juan.
