We want to express our sincere gratitude for your patience and support during this moving and reorganization process. We know it has taken a little longer than expected, and we sincerely apologize for the delay.
We are pleased to announce that on Monday, March 24, 2025, we will resume production at our original workshop where it all began. During this initial phase, inventory will be limited as we work to regain our usual production pace. We are keeping our original team and will gradually add more members.
For now, our new purchasing system will be online and through WhatsApp. Starting Monday, March 24, 2025, the available number for orders will be 787-430-9077. Orders will be shipped via mail within 2 to 5 business days. To streamline communication, we kindly ask that you contact us via message.
Pending orders will begin shipping on Monday. If any product is unavailable, we will contact customers directly to offer alternatives or a refund. Additionally, next week, we will share a list of cigar lounges where our products will be available.
The new era of La Hoja Del Chan is focused on supporting cigar lounges and cigar stores in Puerto Rico and the United States. As part of this evolution, we will no longer have a physical store; instead, we will distribute our products nationwide and internationally.
Our motto, #WhereItAllBegan (#dondetodocomenzo), represents the essence of El Chan, honoring his legacy and vision. La Hoja Del Chan LLC remains committed to the industry and will continue to participate in large-scale and private events.
It is important to emphasize that La Hoja Del Chan is not closing; it is evolving. Since the beginning, our mission has been to support the tobacco industry in Puerto Rico, and this decision aligns with the plans José Gabriel Cruz Ayala envisioned for April 2024. Over the past year, we kept the Cigar Lounge open for customers to enjoy the space. Now, as we mark the first anniversary of his passing, we are fulfilling another of his wishes: to return to where it all began and expand our production across Puerto Rico and the United States.
